Poolside – Terrazzo

Citra and Galaxy are two of our favourite hops – together they provide a yin and yang of pungent tropical and citrus hop character. We used 40% Citra Cryo over the two later dry hop additions – cryogenically processed Citra flowers full of aromatic hop oils with half of the regular green hop material.
